Good place, friendly staff (for the most part). I love their selection of dog toys. It's hard to find a good squeaky toy for my Chihuahua but not here! The only reason it lost a star is because of the grooming salon-not a great experience there.

Do not but flea topicaals. The only stuff that works is the stuff they give your dog in the little doggy doctor they have. Good staff good hearts but corporate is about the money. 4 stares because of staff only

We have been in the store several times and Mo has been nothing short of kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to always help us out. He recognized us which I found impressive even though we may just be another customer, he clearly took enough time to really pay attention to us. I had several questions about food options and other things since we are now proud owners of an 8 week old husky and he took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and it wasn't a sales tactic, it was a genuine recommendation or suggestion on what to do and what not to do. We both really had our visit made today. There are other stores closer to us literally two blocks away, but we will drive 15-20 minutes just to be helped by Mo. Thank you sir!

Usually this place is great. Last week we went to get cat litter and the only bag left had a large slit in the bag. We notified the staff of the slit and figured we would come back later for litter. 10 days later we came back and not only had they not ordered/restocked, but the same bag with a slit was still sitting on the shelf. The excuse given was that they are remodeling and that area had not been restocked for a couple of weeks. We went elsewhere.
