The staff has always been helpful and kind to me, and they really care about pets! I just brought home a puppy and they don't carry the food my puppy was on. Instead of suggesting a different brand (like another store I went to did), they acknowledged that she should stay on her food for now and even recommended I try another nearby pet store. This store is also much nicer than it looks from the exterior--I was surprised at how large and clean and stocked it is. I happily drive the extra few minutes to come here instead of the nearby PetSmart.

This store has everything you can need but seemed very cluttered and dirty. Needs to be better organized and more appealing.

Well stocked pet store carrying all supplies. Friendly staff who answered all questions. Has off road and free onsite parking.

The first thing that hits you upon entering is the strong smell of cat and dog urine throughout the store. After about 20 minutes you don't notice it as badly. It's not the cleanest of pet stores. This entire store is in desperate need of dusting. The staff doesn't look back entirely interested in what they're doing. Head forget about their grooming Department. We personally went in to interview one of the two groomers there a male by the name of Josh. We set up an appointment for Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. he is sure that you would be there since he opens up the actual groomers Department. Naturally he wasn't there at 8 a.m. and we waited till 8:30 a.m. and finally we gave up in disgust. Our time is valuable too. Their loss.
