I saw employees enthusiastic about their jobs. Thx Ashley for taking me around the store to track down what I was having trouble finding on my own. Then explaining the advantages of my choice and how other choices were probably better by simply asking about my pet. She knows so much and I left confident that I was getting great advice.

Love petsmart. Always greeted by friendly staff eager to help in any way possible. The choices for dog treats are practically endless! My fiancée and i spent nearly ten minutes having a hard but fun time choosing which treats to get our black Labrador puppy. I'm looking forward to returning for all of our pets needs.

Great store. They donate space to a charity for cats and dogs (adoption events and space in the stores). Always shop at Petsmart!

Never, ever take your dog here for grooming or boarding if you love yours as much as I love mine!

I gave 1 star since i could not give no stars. I was very displeased with the Tyson Corner Pet Hotel. My dog was there for 7 days and he didnt receive his ear medicine. I could easily tell because his ear was filled with wax build-up to the opening of his ear. It was no way some one was giving him his ear drops. He also ended up with a skin infection on his testicals. I believe the bedding irritated him and he began to lick at them, but the staff didnt even notice that they was swollen, red, bloody and had yellow puss on them. He is a big breed with large testicles, that protrude. Within 5 minutes of picking him up, i noticed it. My dog couldnt sit down for a few days. They do not monitor or care for your dog as you would. I feel like the staff was very neglectful and it is just a job for them a means to pay their bills. I suggest that you do not drop your pet off at the Tysons Corner PetsHotel. I provided the exact amout of food for my pet. There was 2 bags of food left, which means he didnt eat one evening or morning. They didn't take him out to relieve himself before i picked him up at 11am, because when we walked out of the store he had relieved himself as if he had not relieved himself all morning. I gave Petsmart over $600 (PetsHotel (boarding), Bandfiled Hospital(vet bill) and Bandfield monthy payment) all within 2 days. When i saw how raw and bloody his testicles were i took him back in to see a Bandfield vet, but he couldnt be seen until the first week of December. 4, 2017 and it was November 24, 2017. Petsmart, How are you going to have a PetHotel with over possibly 25 animals with only one Bandfield vet on duty on a weekday morning? This location is the worst.
