I come in about once a week to get mice (feeders) for my snake. Every time, wether its busy or not, i have to track a employee down, wait for them to answer every question that a customer has then i get to wait for a second employee to arrive at the mice. Every time. Every. Time. As soon as a customer walks in, they should be greeted and asked if they are looking for something in particular. Today, i walked in, and nobody was at the registers. No-one. Then i walked around for 5 minutes, still no one. Awesome help when i get it. Getting it is the challenge. Mind you, if been purchasing mice from this location for about 7 months. Every. Time...

Excellent in the grooming salon! Very educated and professional. I took my dogs to get their haircut and they were very good with them. I would definitely recommend this store.

Friendliest staff I've found in the area with good knowledge. One of the best selection of fish supplies in town.

I used to work in grooming and on floor. I never had any issues with my fellow employees, however management needs some big time work. The grooming manager is very unprofessional in how she treats some of her employees (I was treated terribly by her shortly after transferring from out of state, she would write me up for missing cleaning one thing when I closed but would leave the place trashed the night she closed. The newest Gm and assistant manager would showing some very sexist behaviors when sticking woman up at the register because 'we aren't strong enough to stock') Now don't get me wrong the employees themselves are busting their butts for those guys, but the way management is, they don't deserve those employees and that salon manager needs more of a talking to cause from what I here, I left and she's been going through groomers like toilet paper since then. Makes you wonder how she treats them huh?
