We take our 110 pound GSD to the groomers there and he always comes back smelling and looking awesome!! My son loves going to look at the animals after we are done at the gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

While the staff was friendly and outgoing, the service they provided was a joke. I had my trained service dogs nails clipped last week and they missed several nails and barely trimmed the others. I was back in having someone else do it 4 days later. Pathetic.

I had stopped at this petsmart on my way to my sons class and the cashier asked if I had a pets rewards card I told her that it's been so long and all she said was that's okay. Didn't offer me one. So I wasn't aware that my whole entire purchase would be about 20 dollars more than I anticipated. Like I said I was on my way to my sons class so was in a hurry. And didn't even realize until when I got home. Never even offered the card again. We haven't been to petsmart in years so wasn't sure he benefits of the card anymore. But did appreciate one of the associates that helped me find the perfect toy and was very kind and helpful during this experience.

Excellent Pet Hotel staff! Very helpful, professional and courteous. They are very friendly with my dog and I trust them to take great care of her. Doggy Day Camp is well worth the money - my dog is already breaking out of her shell because of how she's been able to socialize in Day Camp. The staff has been amazing to my dog.

Their grooming salon is also amazing! The facility is always clean and the sales associates are also very helpful and professional.

BAD, RUDE grooming experience. I went in there with money to spend but they clearly did not want it. I went in to get my dogs nails trimmed and her teeth brushed. Right off the bat the girl at the counter looked at me and my dog like we were pests. She tentatively asked me what I was there for. When I told her we had never been there before, she explained that they needed the rabies certificate in order for them to work on her (I completely understand that) , then she said and I quote "Anyone can switch a rabies tag from another dog." (Uhm Excuse me honey) She then told me I could have her nails trimmed but that they would have to muzzle her, and I was totally fine with that. When I agreed she made every excuse to try to get me not to do it. Needless to say I threw up my hands and just left. I took my dog to Petco on Nevada and had no problems.
