Staff is friendly for the most part.  Very helpful.  Avoid men's restroom when possible.  It is nasty.

idk what BNC reptiles below is talking about as this location hasn't had cornsnakes in a year or more--they should definitely email us the manager and report it asap as that's ridiculous and terrible. I assume they have the wrong store!

Either way, the staff at this store are rather helpful. They have been through s recent change which I have seen the ups and downs. Some of the regular employees (non managers as well as 2 managers) are swift at helping and I have seen them break customer contact to support an animal in need of care--which is what they SHOULD do. The staff don't get treated the best but they always do their best for their animals and customers. They aren't perfect, but at least most of them seem to try.

Do not shop nor work in this establishment. They treat their employees and animals with little to no respect. There's also a big bullying problem at this specific location. Many if not all of the employees are not happy and are trying to leave. This place is nothing but a literal dumpster fire. Just avoid at all cost.

Coming from someone who owns a reptile business your animals are in down right appalling conditions. We convinced a manager to sell us a corn snake that was a month old and hadn't eaten the entire month. They were trying to feed it crickets. I asked an employee what happens if I don't buy it he said "it's cool man we will probably just throw it in the trash out back. Unknowledgeable drugged up idiots that shouldn't be taking care of any animals.
