I took my long hair Maltese and upon seeing his "haircut" I left in tears! They butchered him right in time for the holidays. No experience what so ever! I've seen a 3 year old do better with scissors. He looks more like a wild coyote than a Maltese!! Truly disappointed and disgusted with the results. They followed no direction when it came down to the cut. But I never expected them to do this. Plus a small bag of dog food at Petco is $21.99, at  petsmart, the same bag is for $7.99. You do the math. And for the cut, which simply was,shaving all over, it was $70!!! He's 8 pounds!! Highly recommend you take your pets somewhere else!!!!

Brain the Animal Manager was phenomenal with my daughter when we were looking for a hamster to take home. He immediately found the perfect fit and new that this hamster was super sweet. Just what the little girl ordered. He was knowledgeable and made this entire experience a positive one. My daughter, continues to say that she was very lucky to have Mr. Brian working that day to find her perfect pet. Top notch employee and could only wish everyone was this amazing! Thanks Brian!

Lots of nice pet products BUT the manager there is very rude! Young blonde gentleman with a very condescending attitude towards customers.

A variety of pets. The birds have trimmed wings and the nails are OK. The price is good and there are many birds. The mice seem crowded but OK. The conure and bourke was good. There are some missing small animals. There are lts of fish and no abuse. I like petco better than petsmart.

Much better than PetSmart. Staff are friendly, aquarium and pet offerings much better quality. Parking isn't the best.
