I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment of my dogs here.  We went to get our dogs nails cut, and not only were other dogs surrounding my dogs very closely during the process, making them stressed out, but then the technician had the audacity to claim that my dog was biting (which he has NEVER had issues before) and could only do his back paws.  They then suggested a partial refund of not even half of the cost for their lack of ability to do their job.  While waiting for this disgrace of a refund, the computer system went down, and the sales associates had no sense of urgency in helping us.  We ended up walking out without any refund due to the unreasonable amount of time.  Needless to say, if I could give less than 1 star, that would still be too much

Very good service and they are very knowledgeable about tropical fish.

The prices are higher than other chain pet stores however they offer healthier options and a larger selection of natural products safe for dogs and cats. 

I've never had an issue with service here, the staff has always been knowledgeable and very kind.

Not much of a selection of collars for little dogs.  Same old stock.  Nothing new.

Elizabeth is very  knowledgeable. She help me and my wife today, from finding the right fish filter to  preventative flea treatments. She knew her stuff and was also very kind a great combination in customer service.  Someone give her a raise!
