We took our dogs to the groomer so they would be ready for when one of our twins came home. I mentioned it to the guy when we dropped off that we were headed to the hospital to bring home their brother from the Nicu. When my husband went to pick them up and pay, the guy said it was free of charge and a gift for the new baby. Thank you so much, Petsmart in Spring Hill! Totally unexpected and amazing :)

I wouldnt Even give them one star. It took a long time and when we picked him up we said never mind to the rest of the services he was supposed to have done. They were rude when we picked him up. When we called to check on him he had gotten his bath finally and they said he was being difficult. (His first time being groomed and he’s a big dog but he gets a lot of home baths and he’s always good) it was $80 for his bath and nail trim. He was still wet when we picked him up and he had finished his bath two hours before when we went to check on him so he had been sitting wet for well over an hour. He’s had uncontrollable diarrhea since being home probably from all the stress from that place. I wouldnt Let them treat the flea you pull off a dog. Not to mention his nails look all janky after being trimmed, he’s still wet, has diarrhea and still has mud on him!

The groomer shaved all the ear hair off of our Maltipoo. The dog was taken in for a routine trim, by the way this is the first and last time we will ever use Pet Smart in Spring Hill TN.
My daughter picked our dog up after the grooming and immediately called me and said they took all the hair off of his ears. I called the manager at Pet Smart and was told the dog had terrible matted ears and they were worried about ear hematomas. This is absolute nonsense, our dog did not have matted ears.Shaving his ears was pure laziness. The manager apologized for our dog looking ridiculous. 
I URGE YOU NOT TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO PET SMART IN SPRING HILL TN. What the groomer did to our dog was pure evil. We have never had a groomer do to our dog what PET SMART in SPRING HILL TN did. I imagine the groomer derived some sort of perverse pleasure out of making our dog look like he has no ears.
