The store is okay. Not as up to date in regards to modeling. Kinda felt old and dirty but that seems to be the entire shopping center. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their pets looked well taken care of. They even provided cat toys on sticks to interact with the cats waiting to be adopted. Which I have never seen before and was nice. The set up seemed a little bare compared to other stores. In regards to space provided for the cats and the comfortability of the cat cages/pens. Felt more like a pound.

Don't get your dog tags here they're expensive and don't last. I still have my over 5 years, cheap dog's tag from Walmart that looks great for $6.00 but the $20.00 tag from here is not even a week old (1) it is plastic, (2) it already broke. Wore by a Chihuahua Grrr - NOT HAPPY ABOUT LOSING MONEY!

Antiquated operations cannot keep up with today's technology. If you have to return an item you'd better have the receipt AND the card it was purchased with. Nevermind the extra 2 hours travel it took to bring the $30 item back to the store. No wonder storefronts are closing.

I have never been treated so badly in my life. Customer service is definitely lacking in this store. I signed up for a doggy obedience class and the doggy trainer, dina, canceled class every week from the very first class that I attended. The first class we didn't do anything with the dogs, all the trainer did was talk, which I found to be a complete waste of time. Her speaking about the class did not do any good for my dog. This past week when she canceled class again I told her I wanted my money back because canceling very week in a row wasn't helping my dog at all. So, I come back to the store and asked for my money back and the dog trainer Dina was nothing but disrespectful. She had an attitude from the very beginning. She proceeded to give me my money back, but not all of it. She only gave me money back from 4 classes, not 5. I understand that I wouldn't be receiving money back from the first class because I attended. But she went on to tell me that they met the second week, and I just skipped. She began to argue with me and tell me "i am an adult, I am not going to make sure you show up to class. That is your responsibility not mine" I found that completely rude. I went along and told her I have all the text messages on my phone to prove that we didn't have class, because the trainer would text and let us know if we had class or not. But she insisted on arguing with me anyway. I told her I wanted to speak to her manager and she refused. I told her I will be calling corporate to make a complaint and she responded with "you do that" as I walked away she called me rude.. which again I find that completely disrespectful to do with a line of people around me to hear. So to anyone reading this, do not ever go to the pestsmart on south west 3rd street, the dog trainer is a joke and one of the most rudest people I have ever met. Never going to this store again.

The service associates are so friendly and kind! Always asking about my dog and how things are. The main plus about this place however, is their dog obedience class instructor, Dina. She's amazing!! I recommend her class to everyone whether your dog is trained or not. You'll always learn something new. She's well worth the money.
