Happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped for some cat food. Wandered around the store and could not believe the lack of pets... Almost every cage in the store said "companions coming soon". And all of these empty cages were very dirty. I think at the very least these perpetually (based on previous reviews by others) empty cages could be clean and ready to go in case a new pet actually came in. I will say the couple of employees I interacted with were very friendly so kudos there. But if I was actually looking to buy a pet I would not come to this location... But for supplies possibly since the staff was friendly.

Generally, I prefer PetSmart over Petco as a rule; however, this location has a very talented team of people that make every visit worth the trip. Very knowledgeable and helpful for all our American Bulldog ever needs.

I love petco and defiantly perfer it over petsmart. I love petco though, their workers are awesome and there animals are too. I've bought 4 hamsters and a lot of fish even a lobster. I love petcos policy, and that is if the animal dies within 30 days of your purchase they will give you your money back. All the workers are smart and know a lot about the animals. I love how I can come in to petco with any question and the workers will gladly answer it honestly.

Very rude people , my boyfriend and I went in to get a few fish (yes we had everything set up for them) and some man in the fish part I’m not sure his name but he was working with a lady named Betty or her name started with a b they would not sell us any pets (we are over 18! We’re 21) and they refused because “I couldn’t make up my mind” I was there for two f-ing hours to end up with nothing!! Poor service will be going to PetSmart or Walmart !
