I am always able to find what I want and at the right price. I never have to ask for help. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I know they care about animal welfare. I enjoy donating to their charity and seeing the adorable adoptable pets.

Went to PetSmart today for the umpteenth time and was told they can't separate 300 crickets into more than 2 bags.. thanks for the great customer experience... Lol not.. I will be taking my business else where from now on.. sincerely once a loyal customer..

Pat is quite rude and unhelpful. He will make sure you know you’re inconviniencing him by asking him where to find something.

Went there recently with my dog. We had just walked in, maybe 3 shelves in, and an employee came up to me and said she saw my dog pee all over the floor and on some plastic stockings. I was surprised because we had been out at the dog park for a while and I didnt think he would need to pee. I also felt like I would have noticed. In any event, I started cleaning it up and it was ice cold! Clearly the pee had been there for a while. It's like she lied because she didnt want to have to clean it up! I called to complain and was told the district  manager would return my call, but that has not happened. As a side note - their dog clothing section is very small!
