Store was short on supplies that I needed what they did have was not the right size said their truck was coming in this week it seems like each time I go there it is that way customers pick up stuff look at it and then throw it down don't put it back where it belongs making the place look unkept. It is a good store and in most cases they do have what I need as far as dog food.

Awesome store. Not so awesome cashier. The cashiers number was 621230 she was on the second register around 4:30 today. She didn’t have a clue what she was doing and had someone “finish” the sale by handing me a receipt so she could hurry up and leave. If you hate work that much get a new job? That’s all.

My silky terrier, Bentley, has always been pretty picky about the people he likes because of being mistreated in his first home and because of that, I've always gotten nervous when it comes to getting him groomed and stuff! When I started taking Bentley to see Crystal at Shadow Lake Petsmart for grooming, I knew I didn't need to worry because she treats every dog like her own. He actually enjoys seeing her and he always looks (and smells!) fantastic when I pick him up! She is always so nice and I can tell Bentley is so comfortable with her, and that makes me comfortable knowing that he is in great hands when I leave him with her. Thank you for being so great, Crystal!

We took our Chihuahua here to get him groomed. We were supposed to be there at 5. They said if we didn't hear from him by 8:32 just come on in and pick him up. We get there at 8:30 and they still are not done with him they say it's going to be another 10 minutes. While they were doing him they stopped and went to do another dog. How long does it take to trim an 8 pound dog. I only gave one star because you had to give one to at least leave a comment. We will not be back.
