Good selection of pet supplies and animals. Good place to get tropical fish, tanks are usually clean and well kept. The staff are helpful and friendly. They do offer pet adoptions and have a dog grooming area. The store is usually not very busy. Prices are reasonable and offer good deals with the loyalty card. Not many other pet stores in the area, so this is usually my only option.

Very friendly staff and flexible hours. They are also very reasonably priced. I've take both my did and cat here, it's easy to get in and in an easy to find location.

The fish person refused to sell me a fish because she knows more than me (a 45+yo person with 4 fish tanks and 2 / 60 gal salt setups)
An algae eater is not allowed if you have a 10gal tank..even if you trade them in when they out grow your tank. Ok. I'll go somewhere else 20something diptwit.
