We have a young German Shorthaired Pointer who needs a large amount of exercise. We bring him 2 days a week to day care and he is always excited to go and is exhausted (in the best way possible) when he comes home. The staff greets him with a smile every day and he is always tail wags and wiggles with everyone there. We also utilize the indoor dog park on Sundays in the winter and the whole family enjoys taking him there to play. Just started a training class too, it's nice to have a facility with so many options to keep our puppy happy and well socialized. No complaints so far!

So my pup has stayed there 2 times and each time has come home happy as a lark. I have a 16yr old Chihuahua that doesn’t know he’s a dog and he after spending 3days to a week has come home happy and content. They wash all the bedding before they send it home and go above and beyond to make sure you aren’t missing anything. My little guys even came home with a little puppy I cologne. I’m not giving them 5 stars because I don’t like that you have to prepay for the stay and to have a slightly quieter stay we have to pay significantly more. I feel like they should have that as an option for a senior or smaller day. But for convenience, location, and service. I’d definitely recommend.

Such a large place you think they would offer more amenities. Mainly a pet hotel. It would be nice if they sold more items, food or treats...also if there was an indoor pet playground option or similar on evenings since most workers go home to pets full of energy and winters mean limited walking outdoors!

Make sure you ask lots of questions they have a lot of rules for if your dog can play there or not and they don't tell you up front what you need. My puppy didn't have all her shots yet so after paying for a class and going through the trouble of bringing her there i couldn't even get her groomed or let her take the class without her shots and they NEVER told me that. NEVER GOING BACK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T EXPLAIN ANYTHING

I had my husky groomed here and paid the extra money for the desheding treatment. They call it the mammoth springs. She came out still shedding as if she just had a bath and blow out. And they also charge an additional $5 if you can’t pick up until after work. $95 bucks down the drain. Don’t waste your money.
