By far, one of the best pet stores that I have been to in a long time. There is a manager there named Francis and he knows his stuff! I have cats and a turtle and he was detailed and showed that he really does care for my fur-babies! He also has excellent turtle knowledge! 

I overheard him giving knowledge to a customer and he definitely showed that he cared! This customer and her husband were being super rude to him because he wouldn't sell them fish. Francis was calmly explaining that they need to set up their tank first, for about 24 hours and then they can put fish in it. He also said that to speed up the process, they could use a 'quick start' liquid to help. The couple also wanted more fish than what their tank can hold. For every inch a fish can grow up to is how many gallons or water they would need to breath per fish. This couple wanted to put 5 fish that grew up to 5 inches each in a 5 gallon tank. There is NO WAY they would survive! The would have needed a 25 gallon tank for those fish. The female customer got in his face, said that he had mental issues and that she was a private detective and can get him fired. When Francis stated that she didn't need to say those things, her husband stepped in and said that 'he needs to keep him mouth shut'. While all this was happening, Francis kept his cool, refused to sell the fish and these a**holes left with no fish! Good job, Francis! The lives of the fish are more important than a sale! This shows integrity, compassion and leadership! Because of this, I will ALWAYS look for Francis when I come into the store! He is a rock-star in my eyes!

I really like the fish care that the guys in the fish section give. Also puppies up for adoption  on Saturday mornings are awesome.  My girls love going.  If you find this review helpful in any way please thumbs up the review! 👍🏼😉
