I only come here for the aquatics best place for fish and all the stuff you need for them. The people who work here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm really glad we got a petco finally :)

Call set up a time to bring my dog in for bath. I was never asked any questions except could I have him there by 12:00. I said yes I could. I got there at 11:30 then asked for rabies vacation paperwork like I carry it every where I go. This should've been a question to tell me I needed to bring because his tag isn't good enough. I've never taken my dogs to a groomer and probably never will try again.

Horrible ass store that always has sick pets. They're almost always out of stock as well. I went in last week and all of their $15 syrian hamsters had wet-tail so i went ahead and gave $25 for a 'fancy hamster' like they're any different, just separated. Bought it for my girlfriend on our 3 year anniversary and it died this morning, it had been sneezing ever since we got it but we assumed it wasn't used to the new bedding. 
Not only did i get priced gouged for a hamster, their animals are all sick, what few they have. I wiill NEVER buy another animal from any Petco

The grooming is always great! Trying to get in touch with someone from grooming is a nightmare though. I have called 3 times this week to try and make an appointment and am constantly unsuccessful. Twice the phone just rang until it was forwarded to the front where I was re-transferred back for no one to answer. It's frustrating. The last time, the only person that could schedule an appointment was at lunch (understandable), still aggravating.

Best big box animal store around. They actually care for and try to find the animals homes, unlike the plenty we have been to that do not.
