Super helpful staff there every time and they always give me awesome deals. I go there often for my dog's food and other supplies as well as fish supplies. Much better prices and overall service than Petsmart.

Store is clean. Saw some associates cleaning cages while we were there. Animals seemed happy. Stock isn't very good, all of the cat food that was on sale was sold out but the signage was still up.. Went to check out and there was no one at the registers. Had to wait for a while until someone came up to check us out. Associate didn't greet us at the register or anything. Seemed like we were distracting them from whatever we were doing previous.

Went in for a vaccination. Despite a long line,  went smoothly.  Only complaint is short time frame for vaccinating: 2-3:30pm Saturday.

Worst service ever. I was given misleading information by Bobbi.  She informed me that they carried Tropical Saltwater fish, which they don't. I wasted my time and gas driving from the east valley to see their non existent selection.  I will never come here again.  I suggest you go to "The Ocean Floor" for your salt and fresh water needs.
