This is the best Petco in Chattanooga. Petco is much better than petsmart for their fish knowledge and dog trainers are always kind and patient for questions.

"Adopted" a stray dog. Went by Petco to look for medication. Didn't have much, so after waiting 15 minutes I went to talk to the vet on staff.....Who was super helpful and friendly.

When you need something for your pet - you go where you have to...
This particular location has more than its fill of employees who seem to enjoy talking down to you (like you are pet inept and they are here to save you...)
You've been warned - prepare for major condescension.

Love this store- but your Worker Joey is a total dick! Completely unhelpful and rude. Really hope he isn't a manager.

I went in there to buy treats and food for my dog and Logan helped me so much. He was very informative and helped me pick the best food for my animal. I'd shop there again when he's working.
