Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever received anywhere! Becky was so helpful and knowledgeable. We just moved to Paradise and this was my first visit in. I came to buy food and bulbs for my bearded dragon and jackets, treats, miscellaneous items for our two dogs. Becky had so much information to share about lights and different options for my beardie. Then we picked out jackets for the dogs. She measured the lengths of their backs and fitted the jackets on each of them. One of the sizes we had to order but she made it so easy and ensured us that they could order just about anything. I'm so not used to this level of customer service! She was so friendly and sweet to our two dogs and thanked us for coming in. I will never go anywhere else for our pets' needs!

Excellent local pet store. We come here for bulk pet rat food and many other things. Always fun to come see what kind of pets they have. The staff is very knowledgeable about all things and very nice. They have fish, birds, reptiles, snakes, spiders, rats, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. and stuff to house and feed all those creatures and more. The whole family loves a trip to Skyway Feed.

Korie is one of the best staff members they have. All the status very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. I'd recommend this pet/feed store above all commercial stores. Worth the trip from Chico!!

We love this family owned pet store....great emplyees great service always.....all employees are so willing to go above and beyond there duties...great animals. Great pet food and awesome employees why go anywhere else.....lets keep our money up here on tbe hill to save our ma and pa stores....

Great staff, the fish selection is awesome, I wish they had a bigger reptile selection, prices are pretty high. The service is really good and they always love to help
