Worst place to come get mice. I strongly suggest call in advance (but that's if there phone is working). On multiple occasions I've come and they never have. There reason that its firs come first serve. Due to this reason I've even offered to buy in advance and they rejected my offer. The manager has asked me to change my rating because the one time out of ten they finally have. Worst customer service.

Terrible experience. I walked in and saw a dead dried up iguana who had been there for who knows how long with a dirty cage & The ferret had his own feces piled up. The birds feathers were messed up. All the cages looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The guy w/ the beard who is in charge looked like he didn’t give 2 cents about the animals living space. So disappointed to see how the employees can witness the animal’s living conditions and choose not to do anything about it. Pure ignorance & irresponsibility.

This is the best pet store you could ever go to. The manager genesis is really nice and very helpful.
