If I could rate one star I would. Grooming department is TERRIBLE. Do NOT bring your dog here. Brought my dog there today for a simply nail grinding. After browsing the store, I went to the window to check on my dog. I noticed people crowding around him so I went into the actually salon. Well, I was shock to see my dogs eyes completely BLOOD SHOT. They were so bad, that I thought blood was actually pouring out. This has NEVER happened before. When I asked what happened they claimed "he was nervous". Well, that's a lie because I've seen him nervous at the vet and all he does is shake. I noticed his collar, which THEY provided was on super tight and then it was attached to the table. Which, if you don't watch the dogs, they can literally strangle themselves. I believe no one was watching and my dog basically strangled himself or his collar was on way too tight. As soon as I removed the collar, his eyes went back to normal without 45 seconds. Never, ever bring your dog here. The articles out there about dogs suddenly dying at Pet Smart groomers without any explanation or reasoning, is a warning I should of listened too. 

Also, the manager was terrible. Was just standing by the registers, doing nothing. When I explained what happened, barely showed interest and just said "I'll check it out."

Kathleen at the Pets Hotel/Doggie Day Camp is the best! She's courteous, thorough and knowledgeable - everything any employee should strive to be. I bring my dog to camp at least once a week, and the hotel during business trips. Kathleen is a joy to interact with and you can tell the pups love how warm and kind she is. Petsmart should be proud to have such an exemplary individual representing them.

Always a great time for our Yorkie.  We've been leaving her here for about 6 years now and cannot say enough about their staff and facility.  We never have a doubt when we drop her off that she will be well taken care of. Great place!!!

I went in to buy a new hamster and I was attended so well. He showed me a lot of them and I was a bit iffy since I had issues with another hamster biting consistently . Then he introduced me to "big mama" and she was perfect! She is amazing and if I could remember the guy who helped us I would give him credit ( it started with a J. So J thank you!)  because he seem exhausted but he was still amazing with us. Thank you so much!

I always come here to get royal canine mature adult can food for my dog. In the beginning of January I noticed that the cans were expired. I notified the cashier and she said she would let them know, two weeks later i came ro get more food and the same cans were still there, i told a different cashier and she announced it over the speakers. TODAY i came to get food and the same cans are still there 😑.
