Love the groomer, Jamie!! She is absolutely the best around. I have two shi-tzu and they get shaved down every month. Jamie uses clippers and scissors on the girls and neither of them have came home with the red burn marks or even cut by the clippers. I have taken then to a lady in Tazewell who would always leave the red burn marks on them and told me I needed to get a pill from the vet to "calm" them down so she could groom them. I told Jamie about them supposed to have been needing a pill for her to groom them when I first took them to her. When I picked them up she told me they both was great and she didn't understand why I would've needed to medicate my dogs for them to be groomed. I will continue to take them to Jamie from now on, they don't come home injured, and I'm not being told to drug my dogs to be groomed. Great price for their haircut, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, ears cleaned and hair trimmed, and the little bows in their hair is super cute. Some things they sale are more expensive than other places but they also have cheaper things than others too, depends on what your looking for.

Great selection and friendly, knowledgeable, staff. However, I found the prices a bit higher than that of the larger pet supply stores.
