The people at PetSmart are really kind and respectful. I take my dog Bella there for her nails, and hygiene. They're great to me and my pets. They always have what I need and usually around seasonal changes and holidays they have awesome savings and sales. James and the dog grooming gang are the bomb!

STAY FAR AWAY from this pet smart. Can I give negative stars?? After purchasing feeder fish my tank is infested with horrible smelling small snails. The mngement explained they've been having a hard time getting rid of said snails from their tanks. When I asked about getting rid of the smelly & disgusting things, the management told me to simply starve everything in my fish tank & they would eventually eat them. I've spent the past year trying to get these things out of my tank.. $500 later I STILL have snails & the new management couldn't even talk to me directly after asking me to stop by for a $25 off coupon for all my troubles. I hope this place gets shut down. I've never seen such horrible customer service or received such horrific advice from a pet store employee. Which is their only two jobs.

I have had several great experiences here, from my first trip with my newly adopted dog all the way to now when I go pick her up a treat or maybe a toy or two. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Thanks PetSmart for caring about our Pets as much as we do!
