This place have good products but one cashier on this visit had a very bad attitude towards me and the problem is she was a older Caucasian female. After the incident, I reported her to the store manager and he said he would talk to her. However, if she was my employee being she is older and should have better experience,  the result would been firing her. Why? Too many other people are in need of a job and such people like this older woman are holding up a position for too many people that are better for that position! This definitely will make me think twice before spending my hard earned money in this store again.

Excellent place. I have two turtles and the team were very knowledgeable about how to care of my little reptiles. The girl spend all the time needed to patiently anwuered all of my question.
Less one ⭐ for that one guy with no smile at the aquarium section😶

Usually have a good visit. Staff is very friendly. However, purchased cat food here, brought it home, and realized there were maggots in the bag and near the opening. Went to exchange the bag of food, and realized every single bag of that brand of food had maggots. Reported it to the staff and they showed little to no concern. Let me exchange the food for a different brand but made me pay the difference despite the fact they didn't have the brand I needed without maggots in it.

Mostly great people.  But one guy there I complained about the music too loud to hear talking to the vet and help and he acted like too bad.  It's also bad to have the dog training area right by where the cat cages are.   When they're training dogs the cats are too uptight to enjoy.
