I went into the store yesterday 2/28/2018.  The fish in that store were in such bad shape the beta fish half of them were dead and the manager told me it happens with the cold weather.  That's not okay they are inside the store they should be dying and kept on the shelf.  Also the other tanks were very dirty with several dead fish.  Fish were all in the incorrect places causing some of them to be beaten up till the point of them dying.  Very disappointed with the way the fish tanks looked in this store and the manager acting like that just apart of it they come in and they die or they get bought.  With that kind of attitude shows you have no heart for any living animal go find another job lady.

First off they had a whole random rack with a bunch of miscellaneous things broken open toys and a bunch of leashes. No sign or anything it just looked trashy to be honest. When we got to the counter and asked the old man about it he said no that’s just basically a junk pile of what they can’t fit anywhere else. Which is super unprofessional when we asked about the 50% for some of the Christmas stuff he informed us about having to have the pet card but when we tried to look ours up he couldn’t find it! We asked to just make another one since we had just moved back into town he said well just go online and look it up yourself. We asked again about a new one and he said and I quote “that takes to much time” I understand it’s 5 and you close in a hour but that seems so unprofessional and there wasn’t even a line so please tell me how helping your customer takes to much time. This isn’t the first run in with this guy it happened to my husband as well a couple days prior with the same old man. I would rather drive to the one a town over than to this one that is right down the street.

Good pet store, decent prices. Wish they had more products and more variety. I have to order treats for my dogs from their website and have had issues several times the last few months. The treats are yogurt drops, kind of like large chocolate chips slightly smaller than a Hershey's Kiss, only made with yogurt (NO chocolate). I've had several bags delivered to my house where the product melted in transit and I received a big block of hardened yogurt treats. Their customer support has been good to either refund or replace my purchase, but has been unwilling to send them with any sort of ice pack or insulation. Will be planning next year to order enough in the spring to last me til fall so I don't have to worry with the heat.

Excellent  customer service and knowledge of product. Told them what I was looking for, and they knew exactly where I needed to take me. Gave me more information then asked but that's ok. I'd rather be more knowledge then not.

Nice new facility. However, there weren’t any adoptions available the day I went. The person I spoke to explained that the lady in charge of the adoptions had a family emergency.
