Customer service is always excellent at PetSmart. That's why we continue to come back. Their prices are higher on many items, but you can find good deals if you shop. But their customer service has always been great.

My pets love going grocery shopping to PetSmart. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The isles are clear and open so you can get a wheelchair in without problems.

I have seen a lot of petsmarts, but this one was probably the worst managed. Very dirty & unorganized store; I felt claustrophobic. There wasn't much space at the registers, nor enough employees working them, and to make matters worse, they had adoption dogs close to the registers that were very unbalanced & going crazy the whole time barking wildly that made my service dog distracted.

This store puts the least effort into the live fish tanks. There's some really good employees and then there's some awful employees.

Have had good service here almost evry time in. They always seem to get too little in when restocking though. If its not wildly popular, it could be a coin toss as to availability
