I am really unhappy with their grooming salon. I've had my dog groomed their three times and two of those times I had to return to get something fixed. The last time I went their I was unhappy because her feet were not trimmed correctly and they missed several patches of hair that were long. The groomer also failed to shave her evenly and I was left with serval tufts of hair everywhere. 

I  called the PetSmart grooming salon  to voice my concerns and they treated me like a criminal. I took her back there for the "Look Great Guarantee" and the salon manger would not even listen to me when I was telling her why I was upset. She was extremely disrespectful and quite frankly she seemed more angry she had to groom the dog again. What I gained from talking to her is that fact she doesn't care if people get quality services from her salon.   

I was mostly upset at the fact they could not admit they did a terrible job.  Take responsibility for your actions and admit you made a mistake. Telling me your groomer has 20 years of experience doesn't change the fact she did a terrible job. The kicker is I just wasted the $85 it cost me for the groom. 

 Don't groom here! They have no idea what they are doing and they will treat you badly if you voice your concerns.  I will never return.

So grateful! Cheri found us so many coupons in the new puppy coupon book that applied to our purchase (that we didn't even know about) and we saved $50! Talk about customer service!  Will definitely be returning.
