I brought my cat here to be groomed a couple times. The first time everything seemed to be fine.. he was a little moody about the situation, but nothing that wasn't expected. The second time was horrible! It was the wrong cut, She said she couldn't remember what she had done the time before.. but never asked me either. When I got my boy home he seemed off. By the next day he could not even jump up onto him cat tower to eat his back end was so sore. My poor guy was like this for a good month to two months. I'm not sure what extent the groomer goes to to make her money, but whatever she did to him to make her $60.00 was wrong. I will never take him to another groomer again.. I will do it myself after that.

Brought my dog in for grooming. They were great about taking her right in, and had her groomed by the time they had told me. But they didn't get her clean; her ears and face looked like they hadn't even gotten wet! I had to bathe her myself. Also, there were a lot of tufts of fur sticking out that I had to trim up. I should have brought her back and had another groomer do it over, or else demanded a refund, but we were only visiting and had to leave town the next day. What a waste of time and money.

Good customer service on the floor. I would NEVER use the grooming service. There have been too many deaths reported. Not from this store in particular, but this chain throughout the country. If you do choose to get your pet groomed there or anywhere, stay and observe. It might just save yours or anothers life.

I love this place I've adopted multiple pets here and always get my pet food here as well. Associates are friendly and seem knowledgeable.

Went here to get my little Yorkie special prescription dog food even though I'm not a patient of the Vets there I was very pleasantly surprised that they were more than accommodating for my needs for my little Yorkie I brought in a prescription from my vet up north they honored the prescription and I was able to get her special food I also managed to buy a couple little toys as I was going out the door the people there had already brought my huge bag of dog food to the checkout counter I was very happy with the service that I received here I highly recommend people come there do your shopping and for every bag you buy they donate a meal for a poor dog. There's plenty of parking here and the service is excellent very pet friendly as well. And with this many dogs this was in the in the building the place was extremely clean
