What I saw was completely unacceptable. For the juvenile leopard geckos feeding bowl, it was full of flakes and the mealworms we're twice the size of the space between their eyes. When I let an employee know, all they did was say okay, not reassure me, or tell me they were going to fix it. If that is how they are feeding the leopard geckos, then they will not be able to eat their food, because it's too big. If the geckos do try to eat, they could get impaction. Thus, they are not only not taking care of the babies so they can be healthy, but then would be selling unhealthy geckos with impaction to unsuspecting buyers. I have not witnessed this at any other Petco, but it was my first time seeing that done here.

I came in the other day and was greeted immediately by the cashier, I needed help with fish and a girl named Liz helped and was so informative and kind. Michael checked me out and was so accommodating. I will definitely be back at this store!

Went to the store on Sunday and was really impressed with the customer service. Max was the manager on duty that day and was super helpful and personable. Definitely would choose this store over others thanks to the great staff!

It was awful. I was trying to buy a rat and Liz was super rude. While I was asking questions to ensure I was prepared for a new pet she seemed like she was inconvenienced and insisted they are just snake food. That's the second time I encountered her. She makes me not even want to go in that store. Such a shame. You shouldn't be embarrassed to ask about a pet!
