Just purchased a French Bulldog from them 3 days ago Jorge was patient with us and informative which we appreciate. I feel they took real good care of the pup while he was there. Petland works closely with a local vet and even encourages you to take your new pup to the vet within 2days of purchase to make sure it's healthy. If you take your pup to their It's no charge

You can play with the dogs, cats, birds, pretty much all of the animals in open cages. Though you've got to ask to see the dogs, but rhey don't mind. They sell many kinds of pets, including beginner pets like Guppies and Hamsters. And they make sure they go to good homes.

Horrible place to buy a pet. The workers are not knowledgeable and will tell you anything to make a sell. No refunds on anything. The birds look like they are dying slowly, wings on them are extremely unhealthy and are falling out before your eyes. They also have dull plumage. The prices in this store are outrageous compared to other places. I purchased a rabbit that died a month later and when I went back to the store, they told me they have a 24hr warranty and it was my loss. I honestly feel they do not take care of their pets prior to sell. I purchased dog food for the hurricane and did not use it. Brought it back unopened with receipt within 2 days and could not get a refund nor exchange. Horrible service, horrible business, horrible franchise. I recommend going somewhere you are valued as a customer and won't end up with a sick, dying animal.

Staff was very helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the animals they're working with. The animals seemed to be very well taken care of and were really friendly. Great place to take the family!
