Melanie in the grooming salon has been working with our Snickers for the past 8 years. She and her staff are the best in the business. Were moving, and Melanie will be surely missed by us and Snickers. If you want the best possible service for your beloved pet, look nowhere else. Thank you so much Melanie. We’ll miss you! I would give this no stars if possible. Call ahead to see if they ordered a certain dehydrated food I'm trying to find to put my boxers on. I told them specifically what name brand it was and that it was a dehydrated raw food. (Other pet smarts carry this food, and they carry their supplements so assumed they would carry this food as well.) I was told by the person on the phone that they had it in. I drove there only to find out they don't even carry the name brand, and unfortunately now the pet store I get their food from has closed for the night.  I guess my boys will be eating left overs from Christmas dinner. Seriously, at the very least you should know what you carry, but especially if someone calls and asks. The least you could do is act concerned when realizing the large mistake you made. Will never be back.

The only one in town. The strip mall its in is creepy. Come on PETSMART Get another store Closer to the 75.
