The store is clean and large. Google Maps had a hard time locating it. It thought the store was in the middle of the street. I was looking for cat toys. I'd say the selection suffered from lack of imagination. While they have quite a few to choose from, they were all the same. I wanted a plush toy to refill with catnip but all they had was prefilled, sealed toys without any way too dump out the old and add new.

Every time I'm here to get my dog groomed I always have to come back another day because there never is anybody at the counter.

They seemed to have less stock lately. I have a ferret and they had limited ferret supplies. Plus, they are somewhat extensive. But the place is clean and workers are friendly. Plus, they have a pet "hotel. "

This location is the worst. Everyone that works here is so unprofessional. I took my dog one time, the girl Tiffany did a horrible job, I was disappointed. They called me a month after to book another appointment and I thought about giving them a second chance with a different groomer. They CALLED ME and we set the appointment. I show up there and they tell me they have no idea who called me to book the appointment but they don’t have time... how unprofessional is this? Would not recommend to absolutely anyone. Waste of time and money.

My go-to place for pet food and necessaries (litter and toys). Generally fully stocked with my choices of food. Sometimes out of a specific variety. Very nice, helpful staff. Clean store and plenty of parking. I mention clean store because some pet stores have a "bug" problem. If you have a variety of pet foods, you will often have pests. The best way to prevent this is to keep the store and storage rooms very clean. They obviously do since I've seen very few flying things while in the store! Kudos!!!!
