The vets here and there staff are amazing! They are so gentle my dogs love going in!! That says something they fix them when they are sick no questions asked they have plans that are really really good and inexpensive that they make it affordable for everyone the store is clean and it's just over all the best I've been to yet definitely recommend going

Great training experience ! Highly recommend Puppy classes with Areli, She is very patient and professional. My puppy just loves her and gets so excited to go for training. He knows as soon as we pull in the parking lot !

I enrolled Milo, my 5 month old JackChi puppy in training classes at this location 6 weeks ago. Today, he graduated. Areli, Milo’s trainer is amazing! She is an experienced trainer who is extremely knowledgeable in dog psychology as well as training techniques. Areli has given me the basic tools to ultimately have a well behaved and controlled dog. Milo isn’t perfect yet, but the training has been an extremely rewarding process. I’m looking forward to the intermediate classes.

My dog Sadie has been a patient of Banfield for 8 years, her whole life. Each month I pay the 35.95 for the plan. Recently she received the vaccine for leptospirosis. 3 days later she had vomiting and diarrhea, the next day i noticed a rash. I called and they told me all they ca do for me is drop her off. I felt like I had no choice so I left me 8 year old dog in there kennel. They said it was not an allergic reaction to the shot because it was 5 days. I picked her up after they filled her up with fluid. They told me she was fine! Well she wasn't fine.. The rash got worse, it looked like she was put in an oven. I called again no room for her at the hospital so I had to drop her off. Nope wasn't going to do that. Sadie was very sick. I found an opening at the Banfield at Palm Beach LAkes I sat there for two hours and finally after another round of blood work gave her steroids which counteracted the what I thought it was form the beginning an allergic reaction. I just received an e-mail that the vaccine I was suspecting was what causing the allergic reaction was EXPIRED and to have Sadie come back in to get another. I have paid this hospital for eight years and the one time I really needed them to be there for Sadie --They weren't --very awful experience for both of us. Beware of this place.
