Good selection of fish and fish care products. The dog and cat supplies were expensive compared to other stores. The employees didn't address us which isn't really a complaint, but still a odd. The restrooms smelled like Febreeze mixed with sewage. It was like walking into a corrupt cemetery. Still, there could be worse places to go. You could go to much worse places, like PetSmart. Oops.

Every time i go everyone is always so helpful! I love that they price match because it saves me sooo much gas and running around. Plus, Jarvis(my pup) gets to come in with me so i dont have to find a sitter!=) i STRONGLY suggest signing up for their emails and stuff. Saves you alot of money and lets you know when they have good deals going!=) because of that and the emails, i saved a total of $75 the other day. Including a HUGE box of FREE milk bones=)

The other big box pet store in town will price match only their own online prices. PetSmart, on the other hand, will price match many online vendors, including Amazon and chewy. We love coming here, visiting the cats, watching other dogs get trimmed and groomed, and purchasing supplies for our beloved fur babies.

Customer Service has gone downhill...They don't greet or even acknowledge you...

Almost always low on fish and usually the most expensive. Won't honor any deals unless you have "pet perks" even though the deal says nothing about "pet perks". Therefore all they want to do is sell your phone number and email. Otherwise they get nothing out of it.
