Super kind people! Wendy was very polite and informative on the phone, really helped me out. I had purchased a lizard from them almost a month ago and unfortunately he passed. Wendy pointed me in the right direction and let me know what I could do. Meg though was who told me the store policies and educated me on why he passed, what pet would be a better suit and what it would need. They really made the best out of this hard situation.

Devin their dog trainer is a miracle worker. We have a Great Dane mix rescue who failed his doggy daycare interview for attacking another dog. Devin offered us understanding and a path forward for our sweet boy which we saw notable gains at each lesson. Other dog trainers were triple and quadruple the price. He is incredible and genuinely cares about the welfare of your dog and takes on pups at all levels of need. 

The entire staff is very kind and helpful and they always have what we need for our dogs, fish and gecko. Great store, worth the drive if we lived further away.

Had a really good visit today. Petco is pretty good at keeping the shelves stocked and the items in stock. Always keep a look out for the yellow rages. They can be up to ninety percent off. Great deals if you ask me. Also, the cats looked to be in good health and the associates that helped me were very friendly. Always love to see the saltwater fish which outsmart doesn't have.

This place is always clean and there are always people willing to help. They could use more people at the registers though, whenever I am here I always have to wait a bit in line. The prices here are pretty ridiculous too, but I appreciate that they are good products. I’m usually asked if I need help while in the store.

Unbelievably bad customer service. A female employee interrupted my conversation with another sales associate to shame me for what I was feeding my dog. As a first time dog owner, I am always open to improving my dogs diet, but the way she did it made me feel awful. She even followed me around the store after, micromanaging my shopping. I left without purchase. Go to literally any other pet shop.
