Went in for some pet supplies, decided to look at small animals and called over an associate. Said associate mentioned that they had not properly socialized their small pets as they have been "too busy". I wanted to view a hamster and asked if it was safe to pick it up (since the employee showed no intention of handling it) I was told sure. The hamster bit me and my finger began to bleed immediately . Was shown another hamster which was horrified of any human contact too. As I stood bleeding, the associate simply said "the hamster is probably grouchy since it just woke up" I have had dozens of hamsters, and that is the reaction of a horrified animal that has not had any human contact, not a "grouchy" one. I wasn't even offered a bandaid for my finger which was bleeding all around and under the nail at this point and had to ask and find hand sanitizer by myself. My finger is now swollen to the point where I can't touch it without experiencing pain, but I am more concerned about those poor, unsocialized animals. What if it bit a child like that? No one will ever purchase the poor creatures because these irresponsible employees failed to do their jobs.

STAY AWAY FROM PETSMART EVERYWHERE! Besides their careless cutters at this store who cut my friend's dog in the process of a trim, I've recently discovered their suppliers are cited for SEVERAL animal abuse and neglect complaints. Not only are they missing limbs and starved to death, they're transported in plastic bottles with so many other animals in it they can barely MOVE! Do your research! PetSmart is not PET SMART!

I was only in the shop for a quick visit but was still offered assistance by multiple associates. I've gone to this location many times and have always had a pleasant experience. Good sales often on dog food.

Wide variety of pet supplies for various types of pets. Fantastic grooming services with many walk-in options and easy to make appointments in store, by phone and on-line.

I brought my pup in for a bath. Fro $16 they spent an incredible amount of time with him. He smelled great and had his nails trimmed. Well worth the price. As for products sold there, plenty of variety. You'll definitely find what you are looking for.
