Very friendly caring friendly staff! My 2 year old cat was limping slightly and I was given an appointment the same day. The Dr. and his assistant made my Suzy Q very relaxed and comfortable even though she was shy. She is now signed up on the Wellness program which means unlimited Dr. Visits anytime needed as well as many other services to keep her healthy!.... Clean bill of health for my Suzy Q and many more years to come for her.... Thanks Bandfield Pet Hospital....

This particular visit was not the best I've ever had here. Sometimes the employees are more than helpful but today the cashier had other people and things on her mind. She was more interested in the cashier who opened up the second register and the customer in that line, than in my items already on the conveyer belt. It had been a long day with more than a few errands and the experience just rubbed me wrong. Ended up calling later for a manager to make them aware. If a training issue (she claimed the cashier was "new"), then use it to express that none of us want to feel invisible in the checkout line. Move your paying customers along and then chit-chat with neighbors. Ur-r-r-r......

Its Petsmart. This store has it all. From fish to birds and bones and litter, tney have it all. Prices are good and employees are knowledgeable.

Great perks if you join the petsmart program and great coupons wish the store was a little less expensive ..But they do have great specials and sales !
