The staff was very helpful as soon as you walk in they are ready to help.also The trainer on staff is the hero She took one look at our puppy and dropped whatever she was doing to let us know our dog was not well.Something we would have never known if it wasn't for her.I wish i would've gotten her name . thanks

I had a great experiance on my last visit. Really great staff and service.When I brought in my puppy to look for toys the employees were very helpful and nice. If you happen to go to Petco and meet Cheyanne or Carley you'll be in for great help and assistance.

I take my rescue Maltipoo here for grooming. Julie does a great job making Snowy look her best and is very caring and patient with my terrified pooch.

Their hire/fire manager is rude. She wouldn't let me return an item I purchased without my paper receipt even though I had the receipt on my petco rewards account. She said I needed the original so I went to the other petco and they were more than willing to give me my refund and told me that she could have easily looked up my receipt with my pal rewards number. Never going back to this petco again. The other petco has awesome customer service.
