Express Oil Change on West Broad is top-notch! They provide excellent quality service from technicians that are professional, courteous, and have a depth of experience and knowledge. The staff is never pushy or trying for the up-sale; the service they recommend is the same they would perform on their own or their families' vehicles. Charles, in particular, is very friendly and knowledgeable - he is thorough and efficient, takes pride in what he does, and puts the customer first. 
The wait times are reasonable (or negligible), and the prices are actually a deal considering the level of quality. I depend on my vehicle; I can't afford to cut corners, but at the same time, I can't afford to buy more than I need. The staff understand that and always recommend the best option for me. I trust them and will continue to get all of my servicing here.

I have the best experience every time I visit Express Oil Change on W Broad St. I arrived and was promptly greeted by staff, and Travis took care of me expeditiously! I even told them a problem I had been having with overheating and they provided me with a quick, inexpensive solution! Bruce ad Travis did such a great job, every time I go back I receive exemplary service! Definitely feel free to stop by and let them take care of you, you won't be disappointed. I wish I had another star to add!!

When I moved to Athens 2 years ago, my mechanic in Roswell told me to have all my cars serviced by Paul Henson @ Express Oil on W Broad. That was a fantastic recommendation that I would make anyone reading this.

Paul has taken care of 4 cars for me and has always acted in my best interest. Recently I had an issue with my inboard boat engine (it is a 305 Chevy long block, so it is really an automobile engine.) The marine mechanic told me it was a total loss and gave a written estimate to repair for $5,500. I trailered it to Paul for an opinion. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it for $329 (including labor). 

Integrity and Honesty are extremely valuable characteristics to me. If you value them as well, then this is who you need to maintain and repair your automobiles .

Amazing staff who truly go above and beyond expectations every time! ! I love how they show and explain to me everything they’re doing! I definitely do not trust anyone else with my car. Logan and Gary we’re awesome! Thanks guys!

I had an awesome experience today! My vehicle was serviced by Lyle and he was just the best because I was so nervous about my car battery about to die and he helped explain what I needed and was great at talking to my parents over the phone. You can really tell that they do everything in their power to make sure that their customers are taken care of properly and efficiently. Everyone there is super helpful and they are so understanding with college kids who need car help. Will definitely be back!
