Everyone at the dealership was exceptionally helpful to us to find the exact car we were looking for and the  closing was easy.  The employees all work well with each other which really made it a great experience. No hassle is the way it was.

Came in and bought a truck for cash. Made my offer and they accepted it. Dealing with these guys was a breeze. However, their technicians or mechanics on site need a little help. Had a service engine light for a MAF sensor on the truck. They said it would cost about 250 to fix. As a precaution, i took the truck to get the sensors, trans, and rear differential serviced elsewhere. The mechanic told me the MAF sensor was fine. It was just unplugged. Lack of common sense or just apathy? I will never know. But the sales end of this place is great.

Had a wonderful car buying experience with Jordan in sales here. He was honest, outgoing and just generally pleasant to do business with. Got a great car at a fair price and great service the day I purchased the vehicle. 

The problem starts and ends with their employee (Penny Miller) who handles registration and titling. She is unprofessional, doesn't communicate and then lies to cover her mistakes. Penny waited nearly a month after the purchase to even begin the process of getting my vehicle registered. She then blamed the delay on me not providing documentation that she had never previously requested. At that time, I provided what she asked for immediately and then waited three more weeks assuming I'd receive my plates. Finally I called her back for an update and was informed there was yet another document she needed and never requested. Penny hung up on me twice during a very calm and respectful conversation and refused to provide information necessary for me to track my registration in my home state. I sit here now nearly two months later still without my registration and plates.

I literally cannot formulate the words to adequately describe how frustrating it has been to depend on Penny to simply do her job and would advise anyone looking to purchase a car here to be fully aware of this and possibly look elsewhere.
