I’ll start by saying I rarely ever take the time to write a review. I had to take the time and write one for this outstanding company.

 I have taken my car twice now to Orlando Hyundai, and both times I was blown away by the level of customer service and communication. My service advisors were Warren and Roger. These guys are two of the best people I’ve ever worked with (in any industry). I’m rarely this blown away and satisfied with any company and Orlando Hyundai surpassed my expectations twice now. I’ll never take my care anywhere else. You guys are all amazing and you should be proud of the work you do. Thank you very much for everything.

Even though I had to drive out of my way to your location for 2 recalls on my vehicle, you guys were prompt and professional. I appreciate good customer service. Mr. Rodger Barrett was very quick and helpful and took car of me right away. I arrived for my appointment at 8:40am. I received a call notifying me that my car was ready by 12:00pm. I even received a courtesy oil change because one of the recalls called for it. My only issue was that I wasn't able to get the key for my car cut, due to the fact that the key cutting machine was out of commission and wasn't told that until my car was ready. Hopefully you guys got it fixed! All in all, good, smooth experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Thank you Orlando Hyundai.

The routine maintenance work was performed quickly however the technicians cannot seem to refrain from playing with MY car.  Sometimes it is the radio or the seat adjustment. This time it was the instrument panel.  It USED to show the current mpg and miles to empty.  NOW it shows my current speed. Can you please NOT touch anything and, if you must, please return things to the way you found them!

I am totally delighted with the Service Center at Orlando Hyundai. My Service Advisor John McCollum was friendly, professional, and fully knowledgeable. The work done on my automobile was awesome. Every little detail is taken care of. I will be back for service again.
