Orlando Kia West was Orlando Kia's first store which opened in 2003, it first started in a temporary trailer that served as our location while our current facility was being built. We have grow as a company expanding to a total of three stores in the Central Florida area.

A million thanks to Jonathan Figueroa! We received stellar service from Jonathan, with many smiles and a few jokes.  We will continue to have our Kia serviced at this location.  
We were told a certain time for the vehicle to be ready.. It was ready sooner than expected. Jonathan, in service, took the time to make sure the vehicle was clean and he made the process really smooth.

I came into the dealership with the expectation to trade my car and purchase a pre owned vehicle which would work best for my budget. My Salesperson Patricia Miller explained to me that I would be better served by purchasing new. I was not expecting that I could purchase a 2018 Kia Optima and still stay within my budget. I am Happy with my New Car and can't Thank Patricia and the Orlando Kia Staff enough for making it Happen!! These guys were very friendly, helpful and I know I will be back when I am ready for an Upgrade! #Satisfied Customer!!

I was referred to Kia by most of my family and friends. Immediately after getting out and looking around my Car sales men approached me. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to put down and he made sure I stayed within my budget. I finally found a 2015 Kia Forte with 25,000 miles on it. From there I test drove it and fell in love. After going back into the office and having my credit ran, he came back with 2 pieces of paper. For the same price of the 2015 I was able to get the 2018 with only 28 miles on it.  My experience was the best experience ever. I tried to give up so many times during the process but Kia makes you feel at home. I am so in love with my car, and so blessed and thankful to have chosen Kia as my first choice.

Absolutely loved my whole experience  with the purchase of my new 2018 Kia Optima. Patricia Miller was great. She was attentive and patient.  She took me to car I wanted based on my specifications.  Then she helped me with the features of my new car
 If you ever want a car please visit Orlando Kia West and ask for Patricia Miller.  You will not be disappointed.

I was met by Angel at the service center.  He was very pleasant and kept me informed as to the status of my visit.  He ensured my car was completed with the least amount of delay considering they were short staffed that day. 

Waiting area was stocked with all kinds of goodies and refreshments.  Seats were comfortable and they offer VIP service within 5 miles from the shop.  

Very pleased and I will return again.
