Awesome Experience! Professional, upfront, and honest!!! I went to the "other" dealers and you cannot compare the experience you get from Orlando Dodge. It is family owned and operated, you can tell the owner treats his employees right, because it shines through his employees. I would highly recommend you purchase or lease your vehicles with them! They literally went out of their way to find the exact car that I wanted, they didn't try and sell me something I didn't want...and that meant going to another dealership over 100 miles away! Top notch service!!! I want to give a special thanks to Joe, Curtis, and Tareq!!!

Orlando Dodge was recommended by a family member. I worked with Daniel, Manny and Curtis. Curtis ran all over getting keys so we could test drive any and everything we wanted. They weren't pushy and didn't try to sell us whay we didn't want. They listened to our needs and must have items and helped us find a great fit. One of the features wasn't working right and they told us to bring it back. They gave us a loaner while it was being fixed. We got our Jeep back and everything worked wonderfully and it was detailed beautifully. I would recommend Orlando Dodge to everyone. It's a great group of.people, very warm and family oriented. I can't wait to buy my next vehicle. Thank you all for everything.

As a professional technician, I have a very hard time handing my vehicles over to anyone else (for obvious reasons), especially those I do not know personally. Bryan and Chris took this into account and treated both myself and my brand new 2500 Limited with the respect and attention to detail that in turn cemented my decision to both purchase from and use this local, family operated dealership. For this reason they will continue to get my business. Always support those who support you and your prized possessions!

I had an oil change on a Saturday evening and by the time I got home and smelled burnt oil the oil had just about leaked all out. Service is not open on Sundays so I called on Monday to explain my issue. I spoke with the Service Manager Bryan and he was VERY nice and helpful. They towed my car to the dealer and gave me a loaner until they repaired it. The staff was very nice and responsive. I really appreciated the quick service and repair after the issue was reported.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. My fiance brought his ram in due to water leaking in from the roof. The guy at the desk actually laughed at him and told him that Dodge knows about the issue but refused to issue a recall. Then their so called water specialist only works Wednesdays...he promised he checked everything and the problem was fixed. Well guess what?! It's not! Its been raining pretty much nonstop since then and now there is damage to the speaker too. Pretty sad you can't even trust the dealership to do the work correctly .
