I have been meaning to try this place out after seeing it the last time I was here. I am glad that I was able to try it out today with my friends. I ordered the chicken pho with the bone and my friends got the beef pho. The chicken broth of the pho was excellent. It was nice and light, but full of flavor. The beef broth was also delicious. Their Vietnamese iced coffee was also legit. Overall, everyone was satisfied with their meal.
I really want to like the place as the people there are friendly and helpful. However, the ordering app makes it really difficult to add/remove stuff such as green onions etc. There is also only one size and interestingly different from all other pho places There are not enough noodles but plenty of meat. That's not a bad thing but I really really wish the chicken soup didn't have that strong odor. It's hard to describe but usually it means either the chicken was not cleaned well or prepared well enough to mask out the "smell." It's not a problem I find in any other pho ga places so not sure why. Unfortunately for me, if I don't like the smell enough I cannot go back.
The food was pretty good and pretty amazing but the service here was horrible. The food didn't take too long to make and it took around 10-20 minutes to receive all the food. But this was the worst service I had ever seen in years. There was one guy that was very impatient and was being rude in general. There are barely any waiters at night and it took a long time to get the food. The waiter also said there wasn't any rice left but the next moment, I see him serving a plate of rice to some other guy. At one point I even saw someone just drop a plate on purpose and just left because the waiter didn't even come to help even after so long. Then there was a second table that also left because the waiters were taking too long to serve the food. To top it off the second table of people told future customers to not come here to eat. The waiter even ignored my whole table when we called for help. Overall the one guy I saw sucked and did the listen at all but there was a decent amount of people who ate there and the food wasn't bad at all means but there aren't enough waiters at least that was the case for me. I guess today wasn't my lucky day.
Best Vietnamese chicken broth we've had so far outside of Vietnam. We're from Toronto, Canada and we've tried many Vnmese restaurants but the chicken broth here is another level. The managers are friendly. Highly recommend when you're in Vegas!
I really enjoyed the Pho at this joint. They specialize in Chicken Pho which is my thing. It was among the better Chicken Pho dishes I've ever had. One drawback is a fairly limited menu which does not always work when eating with others.
Delicious food and good atmosphere. The Coffee is good and strong and the java chip drink was perfect on a hot day!!!also they make thier own special salsa/sriracha type sauces that you can use as well. So if you like spice it's a good place to go!!!
Used to be home to a popular Vietnamese restaurant. Now under new ownership and name I was told. The only waiter at this time, 6pm, took his time to explain the food we wanted to order. Had pho ga with boneless white chicken meat. The chicken broth was just right. Unlike other pho restaurants that use beef bone broth which may taste stronger due to the fat. Portion was large enough to share. The grilled chicken soft spring roll was not out of the ordinary. Overall just the right place to satisfy your craving for Vietnamese cuisine with prices at a fraction of the casino or strip restaurants. Will definitely be back when I hit Vegas again.
I have absolutely loved eating here every time I’ve gone. The chicken pho is my go to! The dipping sauce for the chicken is citrusy with a little kick of heat. It’s delicious!
I’ve tried many Vietnamese food and this one was sooo good and tasty!!… Egg rolls and Pho were amazing! . Anna was our server and she did so great! So sweet and helpful! . Highly recommended .
This place legit has the best, most authentic chicken phở in the US. I was born and raised in Vietnam, and have been far away from home for a long time. The traditional chicken phở here took me right back to my childhood. The only difference is that the atmosphere and service I received here is way better! They use fresh rice noodles instead of the commonly used dried ramen-packed noodles in your average Viet restaurant in the US. The broth is well-cooked through simmering of real chickens unlike many other restaurants that opt for the store-bought broth mix. You can really taste the difference in quality here. Even the garnish herbs and spice options are authentic. They don't just have the Vietnamese-American hoisin sauce and sriracha, but also mainland-style chili sauce, rice vinegar soaked garlic and chili pepper on the table. Great modern atmosphere and super considerate staff as well. 10/10.
