If I could give more stars I would. Top notch buying experience (online),  from the pre-sale to after sale process. Very quick to respond to questions and going over the watch by phone really helped after the purchase was made. I'd love to visit their shop one day. The vintage watch which was shipped looked better in person than the pictures which is saying a lot. Newington is lucky to have such a great shop locally. Thanks again Rick.

I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster 300m (2220.80) from Pieces of Time. The entire experience was very positive. Rick and Angela were highly communicative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The watch was exactly as described and was shipped securely/safely. It was a pleasure working with them on this purchase. I plan to make them my first stop for purchases/repairs/services.

Visited Pieces of Time because of problems with my 49 year old IWC mechanical watch which I purchased new in Switzerland,. Met the owner, a pleasant and knowledgeable man, who informed me that he no longer repairs vintage watches for the general public.Seems to have a large following of appreciative patrons, who purchase his merchandise but I am still seeking a qualified person who can work on mine. I do not wish to take it to IWC directly for various historical reasons.

Extremely pleased with the beautiful vintage Rolex I purchased from Pieces of Time!  The customer service is outstanding, with overnight expedited delivery to my home included in the price. The timepiece is in mint condition, even nicer than I anticipated.  I would have no reservation purchasing again from Pieces of Time.

Very nice people. They don't do repairs on inexpensive watches. Only high end restorations.
