Your service is great, but ever since you changed your online payment, I am not able to access the page to do my payment online. It has been an inconvince for past few months, therefore, haven’t been able to make payments for my ring I have purchased. I guess I’ll have to run to the store or try to call in for a payment because now my Kay account is all messed up because of my old email account that I no longer have.

They lots of beautiful jewelry but didn't think about carrying extra stock for the Christmas season. So they were out of so many charms. So the choice was a lot smaller.

Me and my wife been going to Kay for about 5 years or more and Sal always take care of us so if u in the Westfarms mall go see Sal,he's the best

Sal...is the man! I had just gotten a chocolate diamond (blue) ring and a diamond fell out 3 weeks later. Upset and frustrated I went to Weatfarms Mall and headed over to Kays. Sal assisted me most graciously. . Refused to have the ring sent off to be fixed instead he ordered me a whole NEW ring. Best part was it came within 2 days. So happy i made the trip there. I will forever go see Sal for any jewerly pieces i may need/want. Thank you Sal Thank you Kays

Horrible quality products bought a necklace for over $1000 which broke 5 months after purchase. When I returned to the store to have it replaced I was told that it was my fault the necklace broke and would have to pay for repairs. I had them send out the necklace was not told around how much the repair would be. Unhelpful staff never recommend purchasing from this store!
