I have been working with Michael for 3 years now and will not go anywhere else. He and the staff are fantastic and I love the fact that I have a close to home jewelry that always goes above and beyond.

DO NOT PASS THIS SHOP UP!

Ruined my wedding band!  In trying to adjust size, they completely wiped out an engraving and told me it was fading before that, even though it was a brand new ring.  They redid it twice, a process that took over four weeks for which they kept saying, “Come back next week,” only for me to get there and for them to say, “Not done yet, but next week it will be done.”  Then when they re-engraved, they did it wrong in this ugly cursive, it looks terrible.  When I asked about it, they told me they did what was there, even though plain text and cursive are not the same.  They offered to fix it again but after three failed attempts and such a long wait, I decided not.  Nice people, terrible service.

Tremendously helpful, honest, and experienced owner (Mike) and staff at Turgeon Jewelers, along with impressive and reasonably-priced inventory, have guaranteed that I will remain a loyal customer.

This place is the most elegant and professional business I've ever entered. Jackie the younger woman was the most pleasant ever! She took a few links out of a watch for me. She was super quick, knowledgeable, and really helped me out. Thanks Jackie for making my New Years!! I will tell everyone I know to come to this place!
