I have been engaged to the same person twice. Originally my 2 rings were bough at Belden in the Manchester mall. I had spent about 13,000 on the 2 rings to have them upgraded and made my second ring. A month in I kept looking my diamonds Belden woukd help me. They said I can have the same ring. I wanted my money back. I went to jareds crying and didn't want any of my rings and Paul the manager helped me and the ring I have now I'm absolutely in love with. I got to keep my original diamond too. Jared is great. I will forever be a customer there. We just went and bought my husband's ring a week ago

Please do not buy your jewelry here. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring here it was beautiful and I loved it not even two months of having it the diamond popped off it was insured so we didn't think much of it till he called me saying It's going to be a MONTH till I get the ring back.This place has been nothing but a problem and I am to the point I wish I can return it and go some where else! Don't buy here!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't even deserve one star! I went in there and spoke with a manager about bringing in a few 2 carat emerald cut diamonds to see, he told me he would have them in store in 5 days. I went back 5 days later, he never did it. So I went to New York to buy a diamond. But I went back to Jared to see if they could custom make a setting. They said yes, and said the whole process would take 6-8 weeks and I said ok. 2 weeks later they call me into the store to see the CAD imaging they came up with. It looked nothing like what I showed them and they told me they couldn't do specific things I had asked for after waiting 2 weeks already. So I canceled my order and they told me it would be 2 business days before they would have my diamond back. I am now on day 7 since I canceled my order and they still don't seem to know where my diamond is!!!!!!!! They told me it "should" be in tomorrow.
