I will never forget the first time I met Mike and the crew at Hannoush. I was at the mall waiting for a friend when I noticed a beautiful Tag Heuer watch in the window. I walked in and was greeted promptly and  when I asked about the watch they let me try it on, and I was just sold. We didn't haggle much over price, and put it on lay away, however when I got home I told my wife what I did and what happened. She apparently did a little research of her own and found the same watch for sale a little cheaper. When I called to advise they not only matched it, but they gave me a few more incentives to do business with them. That was 7 years ago since then Mike and that crew are like family, and I have bought about 3 different watches, and a number of pieces for my wife. Whenever were in the mall we are always greeted and treated with respect, and that goes along way with me. If your ever in the West Farms mall check them out first before going to those franchise stores. Hannoush is family owned and run, and the owner is always available.

I have been doing business with Hannoush for years and have always been completely satisfied.  

Our relationship started 6 years ago when I was helping my best friends boyfriend pick out an engagement ring for her.  They didn't have any engagement rings available in the case that matched what my best friends boyfriend was looking for, but they did have a setting and loose stone that was absolutely fantastic.  Unfortunately, he was having a difficult time picturing what it would look like once the stone had been set.  Michael asked us if we could give him an hour and he would have the stone set then and there.  We obliged and shopped around at the other jewelers in the mall while we waited.  While shopping around we were shown beautiful rings, but nothing that compared to what we were shown at Hannoush in regards to quality and price.  We returned an hour later and the stone was set.  The ring was absolutely beautiful and my best friends boyfriend knew that this ring was the one.  He bought it on the spot.  Not only because it was perfect, but because the quality, pricing, warranty, and customer service we received made it an easy decision.   

Since that day I was sold and became a Hannoush customer for life.  My best friend and her then fiancé purchased their wedding bands from Michael and again the quality, price, and customer service could not be beaten.  Another friend of mine went and saw Michael and Michael created for him a totally custom band like I have never seen before.  Other jewelers had told him that it was impossible to make what he wanted, but Michael and his team were able to do it.  

I myself have purchased multiple items from them and have even had many items repaired or resized over the years.  They always come back picture perfect, their craftsmanship is just unparalleled.  Most recently (3 months ago) I was in the market for an engagement ring for my girlfriend.  I knew what I wanted, but also knew that I didn't have a great budget to work with.  Despite my budget Michael was able to find me exactly what I wanted.  He brought in multiple stones for me to pick from and I, of course, picked the more expensive of them all.  He gave me the more expensive stone for the same price I was originally quoted.  When I got the ring it was fantastic and exceeded all of my expectations.  

Bottom line is that I have never been disappointed when I have gone to Hannoush.  The quality and craftsmanship is above par and the price is always more than fair.  I see jewelry as an investment, and when purchasing jewelry being able to trust who you are working with is important.  I trust everyone at Hannoush.  I work with Michael often but have also worked with Sean, Jimmy, Rich, and Jordan; all of whom always uphold the same values of customer service and honestly that Michael, the owner, does.  If your looking for a jeweler head over to Hannoush, as I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Came in and was greeted right away by Mike!! I had a watch that I needed to have repaired and despite the slight difficulties, he went out of his way and made it happen!! I will definitely be coming back here again for further repairs/purchases!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hannoush. I've only ever heard great things about Hannoush which is why it saddens me that we will no longer be doing business with them. I only tell my story so that others can learn from my unfortunate experience. My fiancé purchased a beautiful Verragio setting from them, and after he proposed we found the ring to be just a half size too big. When my fiancé brought the ring back to see about sizing, he was told that the ring would be sent back the Verragio to be sized and would take about a week. A week went by and we called to get an update and were told that the designer didn't have the right type of metal sizing bar so they ordered more but it should be done "no later than Friday". Friday came and still no ring. When my fiancé called Hannoush they said they would call Verragio to get an update and called back saying that Verragio had unexpectedly closed for the day. Thinking that was very odd, my fiancé called Verragio directly and someone answered the phone immediately. Unfortunately, Verragio does not work directly with consumers, however their customer service was impecable and said they would call Hannoush and figure out whats going on. Later that day my fiancé got a call from Michael Hannoush who said that he would make it his priority and that we would have the ring by Monday. Monday rolls around and my fiancé calls and is told that Michael is driving to pick up the ring to ensure that we would receive it by the end of the day.  My fiancé picked up the ring and brought it home. When he gave it to me I wanted to cry, it was completely botched. The sizing bar was uneven and the outer side of my ring was crimped. How did they even let us see it in this condition?! We immediately brought it back and found out that it was never sent to the designer to be sized like we were told and that Hannoush did the sizing themselves. My ring was sent back yet again, to Verragio this time, who did their best to salvage my ring and appropriately size it, and it came back almost as perfect as when my fiancé got down on one knee and proposed to me. No customer should ever have to go through an experience like this, especially with a piece of jewelry that means so much.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

My fiancee and I had spent countless hours looking at different styles, cuts, settings, sizes, etc. online, and went to the West Farms Mall to go to the different jewelers and see what they had to offer.

Our first stop was here at Hannoush, and we met Jimmy. Awesome guy - very easy going, personable, and easy to talk to. He wasn't demeaning, condescending, pushy, or forceful. Rather than making suggestions, he asked my fiancee what she wanted, and then showed her different rings and allowed her to make her decision. She picked out her favorite ring & wedding band, and we took the item numbers down & went off to see what the other jewelers had to offer.

While we saw many other nice rings at their competitors (Zales, Michael's, Kay), none of the rings in our price range came ANYWHERE close to the ring she liked at Hannoush. In fact, the entire time we were shopping at the other jewelers, she kept commenting how she didn't like any of the rings as much as the one at Hannoush. We did find a similar sized ring with the same color & clarity at Zales - but it was almost $1800 more than the one at Hannoush!

After a brief lunch, she told me she wanted to go to back to Hannoush and get that ring. We went there, and (just out of curiosity) I asked Jimmy if they had another engagement ring (same setting, style, and cut) with a better color diamond. Jimmy found another one... and gave it to me at the same price!

The last thing (that probably made me the happiest) was the price. I didn't even need to haggle. I explained what my budget was, and Jimmy was able to drop the price almost $600! Combined with the fact that the ring(s) have a lifetime warranty (for free!), I was INCREDIBLY satisfied with the deal I received, and my fiancee is too! She LOVES her ring.

I would recommend Hannoush Jewelers over Kay, Zales, Michaels, etc. ANY day. I will be going back there to purchase my wedding band from Jimmy, and will return whenever I need anything jewelry related.

UPDATE:

My fiancee & I recently went back to have her ring resized a 1/4 size smaller. Spoke with Jimmy, he was friendly as before, and promptly took the rings to have them resized. Thanks again!
